- Sketches and visualisations to help illustrate the proposed design response
- Proposed materials and finishes to capture the look and feel for the project

- IF required, by overlay or site requirement preparation of Town Planning drawings for local authorities approval
- In coordination with consultants to prepare preliminary working drawings which capture the scope of works
- Prepare a schedule of finishes as well as fixtures and fittings

- Preparation of working drawings inclusive of coordination with external consultants
- Assist with builder pricing
- Collate documents for building certification

- Administer the building procurement between yourself and the appointed contractor
- Organise regular meetings and keeping you up to date with progress on site
- Respond to builder queries and provide direction in construction phase
